Thirty-Day Scent-Match

Unopened bottles may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Lightly used bottles receive store credit — because a fragrance is deeply personal, and we honor that.

How to Return

Contact concierge@grandveilfragrance.com with your order number. We'll email a prepaid return label within one business day.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
